The documentary records scenes from the daily life of Matias, a 61-year-old sertanejo remnant who was born and always lived in the same place, the Nascentes do Paranapanema State Park (PENAP), created in 2012. In 26 minutes, the film shows Matias fully integrated into the cycles and forest environment, amidst animal husbandry and subsistence farming. The language prioritizes images, without speech, with ambient sounds and tracks.
